1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Free standard shipping automatically applies at checkout for qualifying orders.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO, or some remote UK addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • Use the tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 daysof the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
