Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO, or some remote UK addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 daysof the estimated delivery date.
