Exclusions:

• Wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, rust, paint chips)
• Misuse, abuse, improper maintenance
• Modifications or non-intended uses
• Damage from grinding, burning, etc.

Claim Process:

1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our site
2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation/Order ID)
3. Submit a clear photo of the defective tool
4. Upon validation, we will issue a replacement—shipping cost is at the customer's expense
   
   

Additional Notes:

• Submit claims within 30 days of discovering the defect
• If the original tool is unavailable, a similar replacement of equal value will be provided
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the warranty at any time
