Order Processing
All orders placed with IRONVOLT are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note: During peak periods such as product launches or seasonal sales, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
Factors that may affect delivery times include:

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Peak shopping periods
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking details are not updating, please allow up to 48 hours before contacting support.
Tip: Save your tracking number and check it regularly to stay informed about your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, IRONVOLT ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
- International destinations outside the UK
We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy as new regions become available.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed or lost in transit. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking information for the latest updates
- Verify that the delivery address provided was correct
- Contact our support team with your order number
We will work with our courier partners to locate your parcel. If the parcel cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in our fulfillment process.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address details may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
